GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC
SW Pro now supports syncing events to and from your Google Calendars.
PRIVATE FORUM
A new forum has been added for all Shift Worker Pro users. You must create a cloud account before you can post anything. You can access it by touching the large SWP logo on the home screen, or through the menu.
SEND AUTOMATED TEXTMESSAGES
A new option for events allows you to send a text message to one of your contacts when the event alarms.
ANUAL EVENTS
1. If you have birthdays, anniversaries, or other annual events, You should change 1 of them to an annual event by checking the 'Is Annual Event' checkbox at the top of the each event in the edit screen.
They are much easier to maintain, because only 1 is needed.
Also change the date of the event to the actual birthday or anniversary, then you will see the person's age or anniversary year in the event list."
Delete all of the duplicate events after you convert each one to an annual type.
EMAIL SCREENSHOTS
2. You can now email screen shots of your calendar. Press and hold anywhere on calendar. Select the email icon on the bottom.
DATA SHARING
3. If your data does not transmit to your shared users:
A. You MUST both be at version 2.0.120 or higher.
B. Make sure both devices have the EXACT same encryption settings. It is case sensitive!
C. On the bottom of the Cloud Manager screen, press the Resend Data button. Data is queued first-in/first-out, so if the receiver can't retreive a data item, it will block the rest of the items. If you sent data, then you changed encryption settings, you should probably do this. Resending data clears the data queue in the cloud and refreshes all of your shared data.
